The staff offered help in several ways allowing us to return our rental car on time and get to the airport in time for our flight the next day - in addition to a comfortable stay. ”

“All was fine. What was frustrating was communication prior to my stay. I called to confirm my booking because I was going to arrive later in the evening. It took me 10 minutes to get through Hilton's poorly designed and automated phone response-and-hold system before I could reach a human. That human was helpful, but all he could do is call the hotel and get back to me with a response. Customers should have a way to call the hotel directly. Very frustrating.”

“Very good experience to stay. The room clean and big enough. With basement car park to make to feel my car safe to park. The washroom with show gel / shampoo & conditioner. The showhead was adjustable and water pressure strong enough. And there are also very impressive idea. Never see it in other hotel. A small night light in washroom. Breakfast with a lot options too.but the house keeper opened our door and come to clean up the room directly before we check out. This must be improve. ”

“The room decor was so fun! Nostalgic, but modern! Bathroom is new and clean - lovely toiletries provided. It has been so long since I've seen an in-room mini bar and snacks (for a fee) - awesome. Also complementary tea and coffee available. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.”

“I've stayed at this location a few times, and never disappointed. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. This time, they actually called my room to make sure everything was good with the room! A pleasant surprise. Rooms are always clean...beds are comfy. I've never tried their breakfast so i can't comment on that. Highly recommend this location ”
