"It was fantastic! From the entrance, the bamboos are seem to be welcomeing us and once we through the door, quite space was there and nice probably designed furnitures. Staff was really nice and they attended us to the room. A room we stay was Japanese style with hot spring. Hot spring was really great and temperatures was perfect. There were big hot spring in a different place but if you want to enjoy own time, differently room hot spring is worth to enjoy. Oh, there were many restaurants...
"Stay was convenient. Although i did try to contact staff by email and phone i had no luck. But i also didnt book directly with the hostel so its not their fault either. Luckily there was somoene willing to help get in contact with staff. Bedding was comfortable enough, room was provided with air conditioning. But all in all its totally fine for a short stay. Right next to family mart and easy self check in ~ bonus!! "
"Stayed here on a family holiday in 2 double rooms. Convenient location as we were driving and good value. Very helpful staff. Clean rooms with amenities available as required. Dining options are available nearby; the sushi place directly across the road is excellent! Would be happy to recommend to others who would like a slightly unusual place to stay "

"The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Excellent amenities. Excellent private and public onsens. Quiet. Calm. Relaxing. I slept like a. Baby for 13 hours after a massage and two hours at the onsen. Great breakfast too!!! Incredible stay. "
"By far the most serene and peaceful experience of my life. I can’t overstate how accommodating the staff is. Our room was upgraded and we had a corner suite of 3 large rooms overlooking the mountains and the river. I was astonished how luxurious the rooms and food are. Each night we had an 8 course meal, each morning a huge breakfast. Honestly, it was too much food - that’s the only complaint I have! I felt terrible wasting even a bite of the exquisite, carefully prepared gourmet food.
I will be back to recharge and unwind in the hot springs. This was the highlight of our first 2 week vacation in Japan. I can’t get over how heavenly the property is. And it’s immaculately maintained. Such careful attention from the staff. What a gem. I feel so lucky to have experienced this magical place. "
