Vacation home 'Villa Dalila' with sea view, private terrace and air conditioning

The vacation home "Villa Dalila" is located in Tertenia and overlooks the sea. This 2-story property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can thus accommodate 9 people (up to 4 guests will be delivered only the ground floor apartment: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a living). Additional amenities include satellite TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine.

The vacation home boasts a private outdoor area with a garden, covered terrace, barbecue and outdoor shower, and a SPA mini-pool.

"Foxi Murdegu" beach is about 300 meters away, while "Foxi Manna" beach is 2 km away. There are supermarkets and kiosks in the vicinity of "Foxi Manna" beach. All essential services (supermarket, bank, pharmacy) are located in Tertenia, only 9 km from the house.

Parking spaces are available in the parking lot 30 m from the property..

One pet is allowed.

Wi-Fi is not available.

Silence must be respected between 14:00 and 16:00 and after midnight.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
