"A clean and comfortable place to stay for the night. Rather late check-in, and early check-out, to accommodate the owners, who do not live on the premises. Breakfast was not included but we were given a good recommendation. Staff friendly and helpful and a very reasonable price."

The room was a family room and was huge! No falling over each other loads of space, plus an added touch the fan was already running when we got there as it was a warm day, thank you.
Tiny issue with team doors banging in the morning (not unreasonable time but nonetheless) but this will not stop booking another visit at all. "
"We spent a week of July at this property and were blown away by the beauty of the location. The cottage is very pretty with the kitchen and living room upstairs to take advantage of the views. Georgie, our host was excellent, replying to messages in super quick time, introducing herself to us in person but never intruding. "Staff are very friendly including the restaurant staff. This hotel represents good value for money and is comfortable. You can hear the trains in certain parts of the hotel which is mentioned in the hotel description, we stay at the weekend so it wasn’t really an issue but during the week I would opt for a room at the other side of the hotel which is clear when booking a room.
