Apartment 'El Pià' with Lake View and Private Garden

The holiday apartment 'El Pià' awaits you on the Tignale plateau, 400 meters above lake level, with a splendid view of Lake Garda, which is about 7 km away. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, preferably children, a well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. It can accommodate 3 or 4 people. Additional amenities include a TV and a washing machine. A cot and a high chair are also available on request.



The apartment offers a large shared garden, ideal for relaxing in the morning. There is also a bike shelter in the attached cellars. The village has a well-stocked minimarket, a partner bar pizzeria, a restaurant, and a hairdresser, all about 200 meters away. The beaches are 7 km away, or, going up towards the center, you will find an ATM and a pharmacy.



Free public street parking is available. Smoking and parties are not allowed. Pets are permitted for an extra fee upon request. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not available in the apartment, but Wi-Fi is accessible at the reception and the bar of the property.

Hoch über dem Gardasee

Pros: Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem kleinen Dorf (ohne Autoverkehr). Die Parkplätze sind jedoch ganz in der Nähe der Wohnung (60m). Eine kurvenreiche Straße führt vom See in ca. 10 Min in den Ort Piovere. Es gibt eine sehr gute Bar/Pizzeria im Ort. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden: gute Küchenausstattung; auch Geschirr- und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Ebenso Decken für kühlere Nächte. Lorena Rossi ist eine freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieterin. wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
