“Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely hotel decor. Room was clean, can tell some areas are in need of a bit of updating but it’s not a problem. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Would stay again. ”

“The location is not good, far away from the city center. The room is not very clean. The staff will not let you feel welcome. The car park is not on site the hotel, need to walk to the public car parking , walk 5-7 mins. I will not stay at this hotel again. ”

“I have no issues with Hotel as it is pleasant and as expected for the price.
Spa was not used because there was staf sickness and the spa staff sat in the staff room most of the day...
Anyway my review is not about the hotel or spa but is about two staff in particular.
Chantelle - upon arriving and checking in I had some questions and not only did she answer them excellently but she also did it in a way that felt personal to me. Like, I mattered. Like my experience and mindset, mattered.
