“This place is so good. It is closed to good restaurants and sky Costanera. Staffs are friendly.”

“It is located at a safe area of the city. The room is of very decent size. Wide selection of food in breakfast. Offers customers two free bottles of water a day. However, nobody opened the door for us after we got out of taxi or offered to help with our luggage until we reached the check-in counter. The hotel and the facilities are also a bit aged. It is a pretty good hotel, but it doesn’t quite match the typical Ritz Carlton standard.”

“Hotel is pretty nice, good location but after service is quite poor I have stayed from 23rd - 26th Dec and have settled the payment in advance. They ask for my credit card for deposit purpose, when I check out they charged me 2 times the room fee without any notice (on 28 Dec) and when I reach out to them via email, no response was made (now considering reaching out on phone but yeah I am not based in Chile you know) Let's see how it goes, probably need to make some calls, bad experience ”

“Huge room, very clean, lots of amenities and super nice staff! I arrived at 7:30am from a long overnight trip, they allowed me to have breakfast and had the courtesy of providing early check in at around 10:30am, which I had not asked but I think I looked really tired. They truly went above and beyond and I am very grateful.”
