"We love that the property is clean and peaceful and the folks are friendly. The coffee is fresh every morning and amazing! We come at least once a year. What we didn’t like was discovering there is a charge for plate sharing at the restaurant!!! I did not even know that was a thing! And if you plan on getting anything to go, be prepared to be charged for every plate a service charge. Other than that, I absolutely love this place! And we will be back!"

"It’s pretty and looks just like the picture. The only change is make is for the beds to be softer. If you like a firm bed you will love it I just prefer a softer mattress "

"The beds were OK comfort wise and the bedding seemed clean. I turned the ac down a bit but was still hot much of the night. The shower was dark a there wasn't a light positioned to shine into it. None of the email correspondence told me what room number nor where the rooms were located. We were arriving late so regular check in wasn't available. We called and let the property manager know we'd be late but we weren't informed that our room wasn't near where the address on the emails would send...

"Linda is a great host. Keeps everyone updated and very responsive. The house is as discribed and more. Our family enjoyed the pool, having own bedroom and loved the space. We didnt feel as though we were running into each other. The pier is nice and will gives you a nice work out. We stayed busy exploring Hot Springs, everything was within 15 minutes of home. Great location to Hot Springs National Park, Lake Catherine State Park and Ron Coleman Mining. Groceries were able to be delivered which was really nice. "
"Great property! Everything was so clean and the owner had so much extra things for us to use, life jackets, floats, fishing poles, even air pumps to blow up floats. A lot of thought was put it to make the stay very comfortable and easy on us. This part of the lake was also very peaceful my kids had this whole section all to themselves 1 day! "
