"It seems they have a group of people/ workers that stay consistently. We were placed accross from the party room- watching basketball then escalated to loud yelling - some left then yelling screaming between a man and woman. Concerned for the woman and how loud - called the front desk- after the second call they investigated - we threatened to leave- we should have - or at least move rooms. This was 11:30 pm- people coming and going all night loudly letting the side door slam then again at 5:30 am. I was alittle afraid for my life at times - ready to call the cops. Some kind of black substance on the sheet when I opened the bed- used a towel over after it was found (midnight).( I’m hoping they actually changed the sheets) makes me sick thinking about it. Otherwise clean room. Tub cracking and looks like alittle mold on ceiling in shower. Manager apologized as we walked away so tired and unready for our 6 hour drive. Never never again. "

"The property needs updates but is clean. The beds need to be replaced. The staff are friendly. The breakfast has gone downhill from our last time staying here. The pool was nice but needs updated. The hot tub needs replaced. It has a lot of wear and tear. The temp was like sitting in a warm bathtub. The room the pool & hot tub are in needed to be cleaned. The light covers were full of bugs & possibly mold. There were dead bugs on the floor around the window areas & the hot tub. "

"Disappointed - room was rundown and the bathroom was not clean. There were dark marks on the wall that I am sure were not poo but looked like poo, the toilet handle was worn with missing paint/finish, and the entire floor pan of the shower was stained. The breakfast was good though!"
