“This place was great. We stayed in a beautiful clean comfortable room with a balcony and kitchenette, at a great price. We stayed in one of their Pamplona properties. We will definitely be checking out their others when we get to Madrid and Malaga. They don't have customer service staff at the location but any messages we sent them through WhatsApp were answered promptly.”

“Very reasonable stay - extremely convenient for my trip - the heating didn't work for my stay but the host was apologetic - the room had two blankets which I did utilise for my one night stay.
The room was clean and the shop downstairs was a blessing! the host kept my up to date prior to arrival all the way until I left, I'm sure if I informed them they would have done anything that they could to rectify the heating issue
