“Urlaub sehr genossen. Paolo der Hausbesitzer war sehr zuvorkommend und wir hatten einen tollen Pizzaabend mit ihm und seinem Bruder, super leckere Pizza!!!Kleiner Abzug eigentlich nur wegen der Hinfahrt zum Haus (tiefere Autos eher schwer da sehr holprig) bisschen abgelegen und jetzt bei hohen Temperaturen sehr heiß in den Zimmern. Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern in den Schlafzimmern aber vorallem wäre super da es abends schon abkühlt und man so besser die Fenster offen lassen könnte. Sonst war……

“My group of 12 friends/6 couples just completed an incredible week at Cate’s family’s Villa. Everything about our stay was wonderful! The views are amazing and the photos don’t do the Villa and the grounds justice. We appreciated having ensuite bathrooms and the rooms were spacious. The common space was lovely whether indoors or outdoors. There was plenty of space for us to spread out as a group or if we wanted some quiet time. The Villa was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed.……

“The property is beautifully located in a very tranquil hamlet. At the moment the house and garden are not being maintained adequately. During our stay we had no hot water for the first few days and the internet connection that was advertised was not available. The kitchen had not been properly cleaned and there was food in the cupboards that had gone out of date long before our arrival. “We had a wonderful 2 weeks at the villa: it was our base for a dream holiday. Rafaele was a perfect host; there was a slight problem with mosquitoes at the pool and he brought sprays and mosquito coils for us; when we arrived there were two bottles of wine waiting for us and later in the stay he brought us his own olive oil, not to mention the delicious tomatoes from his garden!The villa was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for 8 people. The pool was spotless and we used it every day.……

“Kitchen was well equipped and perfect for those nights when cooking in. Home was set up as a home away from home with spacious rooms and comfy beds. Home was ideal for several quests with each having their own space. Best of all were the hosts - if we could give 10 stars we would. “Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön, ruhig gelegen, gutes WLAN, fußläufig zum Ort, wir haben das Auto unten stehen gelassen und den steilen Weg vermieden (so schlimm ist der allerdings gar nicht), der Pool ist grandios, sehr sauber mit wunderschöner Aussicht, die Betten bequem. Zwei Hängematten zwischen Olivenbäumen perfekt zum relaxen. Die Stühle auf der Terrasse sind leider nicht sehr bequem, die Küche nur ok ausgestattet, es waren keinerlei Gewürze,……

“The Torre De Pancole villa is really quite amazing. The historic nature of the building and the property, the way in which it has been modernized, the setting, the pool, Sheri our local host, everything was all top notch.Booking the property was straightforward with good overview info provider by the host up front. House and location are gorgeous. You're in another world on top of a hill looking out over rolling Tuscan hills. Modern, well stocked kitchen as well as nice modern bathrooms. ……

“Simone and Christina were fabulous hosts and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We were a party of 7 and the Villa more than accommodated us. The pool and gardens were amazing. On our first night Simone and Christina cooked a simple dinner for us which was delicious (additional cost but very reasonable). Would highly recommend. A very traditional Villa and very relaxing.”

"整體來說，房間非常不錯，空間還算大的。但是隔音較為差，到了晚上樓上房行走到會聽到聲音。但是整體都是非常好的經驗。早餐就是一概外國西式早餐，我們帶了杯麵在晚上到餐廳門外地方加熱水服務員很好的幫我們添加更熱的熱水泡杯麵，亦是很讚的。我們是非常早的時候，需要離開到機場，前台的服務員亦很好幫忙我們叫車。"

"The location is very good. All luxury shops are located near the hotel. But the windows are not well soundproofed. Music from the restaurant near the hotel was so loud. You have to wait until 00:30 before the music stop then you can sleep. The hotel female staff's attitude towards guests is rather cold Besides from these, this hotel is the best choice when you travel in Firenze."
