“Clean, cozy and nicely appointed efficiency apartment in the heart of Hammondsport. It was nice to walk to the lake, eateries and shops. We had no trouble finding on street parking. Lots to do in the area, antiquing, wineries, breweries, good restaurants and ice cream. We recommend the Hideaway!”

“Our room above the barn was perfect, clean, comfy, and included everything we needed for our four-night stay. It has a large window with a view East where I sat with my wife and a cup of coffee and watched the sun rise. Barb and Barb was always available if needed and very helpful in answering our tourist questions. Our stay included visiting Corning, Watkins Glenn, and the Cornell botanic gardens. “We thought the property was very clean, beds and pillows were comfortable, great location to Watkins Glen and plenty of wineries nearby. The firepit was a great plus with plenty of wood. Plenty of space to park and it was a great place to stay. We would definitely stay there again! Would suggest a few more washcloths and towels. ”
