Traverse City Condo
This condo is in a great location. Just a short walk to downtown, the water, and restaurants. This property is very clean, comfortable and very modern. The property manager(s) were very responsive, and we never felt unwelcome in any of the communications. We travel to TC for work and for pleasure, as this area is beautiful and worth the trip every single time, regardless of the weather, as we have been here in all 4 seasons and love them all. This condo would be a place that we would come back to without hesitation.

Long weekend in TC
This was a great place for us to stay on our long weekend in Traverse city. The Condo is up an easy half flight of stairs. Access to parking is easy for this condo. The bed was comfortable with nice bedding and plenty of blankets. Easy walking to everything in downtown and easy driving to the commons or surrounding TC areas. Would stay again! Thank you!

Great base for Christmas Visit
This property was so lovely and clean and well situated. Perfect for our visit with our daughter who lives and works just outside TC. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Walking distance to so many things to do and places to eat which made it even better.

Great condo close to downtown TC
Awesome condo super close to downtown Traverse City. Very clean. Loved having a washer and dryer to use! Communication was good, with easy clear instructions. Check out was a breeze. We’d definitely stay there again.

Spotless. Comfortable king bed. We’ve stayed at several units in this complex but liked this one the best. Maybe because it’s an end unit, it seemed bigger. No issues with parking mid-week October. Easily walkable to many stores and restaurants. Quiet, safe location. Will request again.

Ideal location and place
For years I’ve wanted to take my husband up north. With a small kid, I wanted a property that was within walking distance of restaurants and downtown. This place delivered! It was so nice not having to rely on the car after exploring the mission peninsula, Sleeping Bear Dunes, or other attractions. The apartment itself is beautiful and well-stocked. Would definately stay here again!

So glad my sister convinced us to VRBO it instead of hotel. She picked the place out because “modern” is not my first choice. We loved it. Easy to get in and out of and had almost everything we needed. (I couldn’t find an ice cream scoop) The ONLY negative….the shower is extremely slippery, making it very dangerous along with the huge drain thing. . We learned to straddle the drain. I would strike “modern” from the description and go with fresh, new, hip!!

Amazing place!
I’m over 40 and have been coming to Michigan since I was a teen and this place is perfect for all things Michigan! Great location, close to everything, can walk to water and restaurants, you name it! The really nice thing about this place is how quiet it is. It must have very good insulation because you can’t hear cars or people even though it’s right in Traverse city. The parking is super easy in the back and the garage next door is very safe and easy to get to. Everything inside the condo is very clean and well maintained. Internet was amazing fast! Bathroom, shower, bedroom, kitchen, all were amazing! Definitely coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at the home and in Traverse City. The location is terrific for dining & shopping. Home is super clean (I am very picky) and they had everything you may need during your stay. Lovely experience - thank you!

Great space but not for those who dislike city noise
We were happy with our beautifully appointed condo and the ease of the check in process. However, the wifi NEVER worked which was a great inconvenience. The parking was also not convenient, as you had to park in a garage and PAY if you did not score one of the prime spots in the back. Finally, this unit was right on the street so there was quite a bit of road noise that we were not prepared for. We were here for a horse competition and had very early hours so this was not optimal. I feel that maybe these issues would not concern certain guests but they definitely were an inconvenience for us

Perfect couples vacation
Great unit in the Capri building. We vacation in TC every year and this was our 3rd unit in the Capri complex. It was our favorite so far. Nice bathroom with a good shower, all the windows had blinds or window treatments (which was great for keeping light out in the early morning hours), many towels were available, hosts were extremely responsive and no issues with check in, unit was clean, bed was a little firm was it was good, and perfect location for downtown. Parking was easy. When we couldn't find a spot there was meter parking very close by which payment is not required in evening or overnight hours. The Farmers market was located next door at the Parking Garage (Wed and Sat) since the normal location is under construction. Not an abundance of kitchen items but there were enough items for the breakfasts that we cooked including a toaster, coffee maker, and some pots and pans. You won't regret staying at this property.

A Great Choice
Attractive, clean, comfortable, included everything one might need and in a very convenient location in town. We appreciated the owners taking the high road with this lovely property and not skimping on providing everything their guests might need for a very enjoyable stay. Due to no space in the properties parking lot one night we did have to use the city parking ramp right next door which cost an extra $20.
