We paid for a Deluxe Quad room with one double bed and 2 single beds for family of 4, inclu was SUPPOSED TO BE TV, wifi, balcony, separate seating area. What we received was a room with 2 double beds, no tv, no wifi, no balcony, no separate seating area, dangerous steps immediately outside of bathroom, no handrail up steep flight of stairs to room, toilet and shower visible to outside through plain window into a public seating area as curtains did...
