“Be aware that the listing photos may not match the actual unit—I was told they are "illustrative," and the initial apartment I received was worn and loud facing the main street. Thankfully, the host was very helpful and moved me to a quiet studio. For solo guests, the studio is actually a much better choice than the cramped 1-bedroom layout. The biggest ongoing issue is the building's facial recognition entrance door, which failed to recognize me more than 50% of the time (a common complaint……

“"Absolute nightmare, a scam, and full of lies – 0/5 stars"I’d give this place zero stars if I could. The management is entirely dishonest, running an operation with an unreachable host who disappears when issues arise. After dealing with a terrible room, we advised the admin we’d stay only 1 night, check out the next day, and requested a 2-night refund. The admin explicitly agreed, but Expedia later informed us they never forwarded the refund info, blocking our money back. They lied straight to……

“Once you have made your reservation, I highly recommend downloading the hotel's mobile app and creating an account before your arrival, especially if you are traveling from abroad. As a foreign guest, the account setup process took me some time, but completing it in advance made the check-in process significantly faster and more efficient. This is a smart hotel, meaning most services, including check-in and access, are managed through your smartphone rather than a traditional front desk. While……

“Experiência horrível. Pessoal amador.

É bem confuso o check-in. Pessoal da portaria é rispido”

“Apartamento sem manutenção. Cama ruim, colchão antigo. A portaria demanda identificação a cada entrada, ficando perigoso à noite. Padrão muito abaixo do Charlie habitual.”
