“Very friendly staff when we checked in late at the restaurant. Room was very clean and had a big, beautiful wall of glass in front of the bed with a great view of the mountain.”

“I paid Chf112.- they told me I will get a bunk bed room with sharing bathroom and toilet. I booked a double room with private bathroom. Finally I need to pay CHF210.- to change to a very small room with private bathroom but without any facilities!!!!!!! No air conditioning, no kitchen, no fridge.......”
