“The cabin was exactly as pictured. Clean, ready to go. As a heads up, you do share the stairs down to the docks with the twin cabin that is next to you. Not a big deal for us at all. We were able to pull our boat up to the dock (launch is on Gunlock lake and you have a little, shallow, channel you'll need to go through to get to Shishebogama), which was super nice..”

“Large cabin, very clean and well stocked. Secluded location and privacy was just what we were looking for. Loved the screened in porch, fire pit, decor, and comfort of the property. We requested the kayaks and some of us enjoyed a quiet ride down the creek. Bathtub faucet dripped persistently and the cabin loft area was stuffy. We thought the listing stated there was air conditioning- at least on the VRBO listing it was included. There was some kind of older air conditioning unit upstairs that……

“The weather could not have been much worse for us BUT in spite of that, we had a really great trip and definitely plan to come back! That says a lot about how nice the cabin is and how truly terrific the property owner is.My husband and I did a short 4 night stay, and we were joined by our son, DIL, and 2 grandkids (ages 4 and 2) for a day and a half.
