A NEWLY RENOVATED Modern-Industrial style 1-bedroom Tiny Home. Guests can enjoy a private cozy stay in a space featuring 1 full bed, extra blankets, fresh new clean linen, heating, AC, ceiling fan/ portable vertical fan, new 65” smart tv/Roku, stove/oven, microwave, ice maker, Keurig, toaster, cookware, basic cooking seasoning, paper towels, hand towels, utensils, drinking glasses, ceramic & plastic plates/ cups/ utensils, private new washer & drier, iron/ ironing board, hair dryer, shampoo/ conditioner/ lotion, 2 fire alarms (electrical home), fire extinguisher (left side of lower cabinets under the kitchen sink) decorative LED lighting/art, private front porch/ bench, and Reserved parking. Secured via Kwikset key pad / key deadbolt lock with a personal security code.

Whether you would like to experience what Tuscaloosa, Alabama & The University of Alabama Football has to offer you individually, as a couple, or as a group of 6 good ole friends traveling together, you are most welcome to call this “Home away from home” with a cozy stay at our NEWLY RENOVATED Tiny home.
