The property was perfect for our needs. I loved sitting on the porch every morning with my coffee. It made my morning to see dolphins multiple times each morning. My only complaint would be the difficulty to open and close the porch door

A 304

The condo was horrible, floors are warped and raised constantly stubbed my toes. Patio door was off track. Mirror on wall is falling apart, shower doors are corroded. Outlets are black and broken I burned out a charger. Location and pool was great but condo should be condemned.

Bathroom sink was clogged, breaker tripped when we used the microwave, balcony door wouldn't slide. Other than that it was great.

Fees

Clean but you can’t check-in until 5:30pm and you check-out at 10. That’s fine but when housekeeping starts knocking at 9:40 to see if we are done is CRAZY!!! (You could clearly hear us talking at the door, we were trying to take a load to the car). It’s small and nothing fancy. Fine if you’re looking to just sleep!

Cozy place

We enjoyed our week. The unit was exactly as pictured. It was comfortable for 2 people. Built in bunk beds were cute, but we didn't need them. Bed was very comfortable. There were lots of soft, fluffy towels! Kitchen is very small. I would definitely return to the property.

Not the worst, but not the best

Price-wise, this place was affordable and you get what you pay for. If you are looking for a place to sleep, this will do it for you. We have a 1 year old and trying to accommodate a space for her to sleep and a place for me and my spouse to sleep was difficult the entire time. We made it work but we quite literally had to sneak around the space durning nap times and bedtime, which was near impossible because everything from the back balcony door to the shower was incredibly loud due to the age of the place. After 5 minutes of crawling around, the tops of our baby’s feet and knees were notably dirty so that was a bit concerning. We utilized the kitchen to save money but often ran into issues with that, no oven mits, no non-stick spray, sponges or dish soap, which some places will just have for convenience. We didn’t find the elevator access until the end of our stay, but it’s there. At one point the use of the microwave tripped the breaker. Just little inconveniences the whole stay. Overall, you can make it work but may be worth paying a bit more for more space and a nice place.

The stay was so nice and everyone was super easy to reach if we had any questions! Also had the thermostat out and they came the same day to fix which was super great!

Good enough

The unit was fine. Nothing spectacular, but we were not in it much so it didn’t really matter. It was clean, the bed was fairly comfy and it was pretty quiet. You have a nice partial view of the ocean from the balcony. The unit is fairly outdated. The shower door is had to slide open and closed. The sliding door to the balcony is also not an easy open and close. The window in the living room is missing blinds. Not a big deal unless you plan to sleep on the fold out couch. Would not be very dark in there for sleeping. The door to get into the unit also needs to be fixed. It didn’t close right. Pool area seemed nice although we did not go in. The beach is close, you do have to walk a boardwalk and steps down to the beach. It’s not a far walk. The beach here is quiet. If you want to get to where the “action” is, you need to drive and pay for parking. We were on the third floor. There is an elevator, but there is about 12 steps to get to the elevator. This was doable for us as we are fairly young, but was still not great for lugging up large suitcases and cooler full of drinks. All in all, it wasn’t a bad place and was on the cheaper side of places on the island.

Beach front condo

Decent little apartment with beach front access on river side of Tybee and a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and water. I enjoyed being away from the busier areas of the island and there's a great little bar/restaurant and small shops within walking distance (Huc-a-poos Bites and Booze- very busy). The bunk beds are narrow and have no railing or ladder so they're not super useful. My young son ended up just sleeping on the couch. The bedroom window looks onto the shared hallway so if you're sensitive to light or sound you might have trouble sleeping as the hallway light shines in and you can hear people walking by. Beach towels and chairs would be a great addition to the condo. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

Great locale for family

Road trip for a grandchild and me. He loved that there were no big waves (being on the bay) and he quickly made friends at the pool. Unit in sore need of upgrades. Turning on microwave often tripped the circuit breaker. Needs a dish rack and ice cube trays. May return, but not to this unit.

Nice few steps to the beach

The room and the kitchen are too small. Cant do much in the kitchen. Building is old and can hear noises, but clean and accommodated. Lovely partial ocean view from the balcony. Just a few steps to the pool and the beach. Location is just perfect, so peaceful, so quiet, so relaxing, and cant miss the dolphin view either. Overall the stay was nice, just went by too fast.

Update Needed

The unit was an efficiency, which we knew. Looked fine on line. The flooring was loose & looks unprofessionally installed. Whenever microwave was used it would blow circuit. Chair in LR had bad legs & could not be sat in. Under furniture was filthy (food & dirt). Shower head was broke (they did come right out & replaced it). Ice maker didn’t work. Utensils & cookware was not clean & sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. The building & outside were great. Just seems the unit really needs to be updated & cleaned.

Great location and space

The location and proximity to the beach were wonderful. The sunsets over the ocean from the boardwalk were magical. We saw many dolphins splashing around the fishing boat each evening. The condo itself was great too- roomier than it appeared in the photos even!
