Located in the charming seaside area of Mare Verde, just a short distance from Torre San Giovanni, Villetta Orchidea is the perfect choice for those seeking a relaxing holiday surrounded by the crystal-clear waters and natural beauty of Salento. This area is famous for its fine sandy beaches mixed with picturesque rocky coves, breathtaking sunsets, and the lively atmosphere of Torre San Giovanni, with its seafront promenade, restaurants, and evening entertainment.
The villa features two independent entrances, front and back, ensuring comfort and privacy. Inside, there is a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to an outdoor space that includes a convenient outdoor shower, ideal after a day at the beach. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one double and one triple with a bunk bed and a single bed. From the bedrooms, guests can access a lovely veranda, perfect for enjoying meals in total peace.
The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the hallway serving the bedrooms and kitchen, a washing machine, coffee machine, and outdoor shower. Free street parking is available right in front of the villa.
The location is very convenient: right next to the property there is a bar and a supermarket, the sea is only 200 meters away, and the first equipped beach club can be reached in just 500 meters.

N.B.: The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linen and towels, breakfast supply for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, check-in/check-out.
A baby cot is available with a supplement of €50.00; Small four-legged friends are welcome with a small supplement of €50.00; Additional towel set €18.00 per person; Additional bed linen set €18.00 per person.

For check-in and check-out outside the indicated hours, upon request of the guest and subject to acceptance, an additional fee is required:


for check-ins after 8:30 pm and until 10:00 pm, an extra cost of €30.00;


for check-ins from 10:00 pm to 12:00 am, an extra cost of €50.00;


for check-ins from midnight to 7:00 am, an extra cost of €100.00.


For early check-outs, upon request of the guest and subject to acceptance, from 6:00 am to 8:00 am an extra cost of €30.00 applies. . City Tax: € 1,00 per person per night to pay at check-in
