Villa in Uscio with 4 bedrooms sleeps 16
Casa Aurora is a multi-level property, following the typical Ligurian architectural style: in fact, it is characterised by many terraces, one is with a swimming pool (27sqm) from where you can admire the panorama, and it has many steps connecting various outdoor and indoor spaces.
The outdoor spaces are surrounded by greenery and the property's garden offers all the required comforts: sun loungers and umbrellas, space for outdoor dining, both barbecue and gas cooker, wood-burning oven, children's play area and hot outdoor shower, 4 parking spaces.
All outdoor spaces are for the exclusive use of guests, the owner lives in the house next door but it is well separated from the villa and if necessary he will be available to guests for advice, to organise trips to the farm he owns, the children can feed the farmyard animals with the property, or to set up the home restaurant service.
Casa Aurora's strategic location offers you a breathtaking view of the hills and the possibility to visit the beautiful territory of Liguria. Staying in this villa you will immerse yourself in nature exploring the surroundings by taking walks or driving to breathtaking places of interest in the region such as Camogli at 13km typical seaside village, San Fruttuoso at 27km famous for its Abbey by the sea, Portofino at 27km one of the most iconic places in Liguria and of course the city of Genoa and its Aquarium at 30km. From the property you can go hiking, mountain biking or boating and discover unforgettable places.

Four bedrooms with double bed, two single beds on mezzanine in each room
