The air conditioning downstairs does a great job of cooling the main areas, but the second upstairs bedroom doesn't get much airflow, since the other AC unit is located inside the larger room. The only bathroom is downstairs, which could be a slight inconvenience, but it's manageable if you don't mind using the stairs. There's plenty of counter space in the bathroom, which is a nice plus. "Experienced a very problematic check-in. I had to go in and out of reception 3 times before getting the right room. Although I booked for two days, they only programmed the card for one day, requiring me to check in at reception again for the second day. There are still shower repair tools left in the room. The good thing is the hotel is new and located near bus and tram stops. This was the messiest reception service I have ever experienced."
