This apartment is located in the Calera beach area. It is an apartment with capacity for 3 people. It has a balcony where you can enjoy beautiful views of La Merica. It is a very quiet area and at the same time very close to everything. A few meters away you have María beach, Playa del Inglés, the tourist office, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, rent a car, bicycle rental, bakeries, etc.
The 65 m² apartment is made up of the following rooms: living room with WIFI, flat screen TV and a 1.60 m sofa bed; a bedroom located next to the living room with two single beds of 90 * 2.00 m; a kitchen with a breakfast bar fully equipped with hot plates, oven, espresso machine, electric coffee maker, juice squeezer, washing machine, kettle; as well as an adjoining bathroom with bathtub and bidet and natural ventilation. It has a beautiful balcony with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy very quiet breakfasts and dinners with excellent views.
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, umbrella, table and chairs.
