The apartment develops around a living room, where natural light filters through the large windows that overlook the garden porch. The living room leads to the sleeping area, where there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people, thanks to the double bed and the sofa bed in the living room.
The house has a covered garage, but nearby there are also several free parking lots along the road that goes up to the residence.
The strong point of the apartment is definitely the private garden with a view of Bellagio, and the strategic position for moving along the entire coast of Lake Como between Lecco and Colico.
