The apartment is located in the center of Venice, near the Campo San Giacomo dall'Orio one of the most typical and charming squares of the city.
In the historical center, near Rialto and other major attractions, is within easy walking distance from the railway station from the bus, or ferry through at Riva de Blasio, located a short walk from the apartment.
The rooms, recently restored, are large (21mq) and are bright with two large windows overlooking a typical street. It can accommodate two or three people in comfort and is equipped with a double bed with the possibility of adding a third bed.A corner with a sofa, also will welcome you for your moments of relaxation.

This flat in the heart of Venice was close to everything we wanted to see and had all of the amenities we needed. We appreciated the coffee pods the host provided. The host also provided great recommendations and had notes around the flat with information and instructions.

We loved our stay at Ruga Bella! It was so close to all the sites, the train station and was much quieter than busier tourist areas. Perfect for our stay
We are a group of friends traveling in Europe. This was by far our favorite place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. We had no trouble finding it as others have said and it was in a perfect location. Gian was easy to communicate with, and responded very quickly to us! We would stay here again!

This beautiful little apartments location couldn't be more perfect. Within walking distance of the train station, great food, the Rialto Bridge, and a water taxi port. Apartment had ample room for the 5 adults. Three in one room, and two in the other (can sleep 6 in total). Was so hard finding affordable accommodation in Venice for the 5 of us. So glad we stumbled upon this little gem.

My husband and I loved the location of Ruga Bella. It was in a quiet area away from the tourist area, but yet, not too far. It was also close to the train station.The apartment was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our time spent there.

Perfect location to stay in Venice.
Accommodations were excellent for a 3 night stay in Venice. Area was very quiet and had little foot traffic, so felt safe and secure at all times. Apartment housed three of us for four days and was clean and comfortable; roomie enough for our needs--we were out walking most of the time, so did not actually stay inside very much. Apartment is easily reached on foot from the bus/train depot. We took the vaporetto one day, but discovered we did not need that extra step to reach the apartment. GPS works great for getting around the entire city on foot. This apartment is a perfect hub for day trips around to all the attractions you wish to see.

Location was right in venice, on the island. Great resturaunts in walking distance and water taxi to get to other islands. Vrbo was very clean and host was very organized. Replied to our messages very quickly and was helpful with navigation and any questions about our accomodation. Would recommend!

Great time in Florence
The place was great with the exception that it listed a bathtub which it had and was one of the reasons I booked it. Unfortunately, the tub did not hold water at all so my hot bath was disappointed as that was one thing I looked forward t, a hot bath. There was laundry in the laundry basket in the bathroom and laundry in the dryer. The location and neighbourhood were okay. It was great that we did not have to take a water taxi after getting off the train.

Just what we needed for 24 hours in Venice
We were only in Venice for 24 hours and this place was just what we needed, away from most of the crowds but very convenient and close to everything we needed and everything we wanted to see. This sweet apartment was very clean and everything we needed was available. Gian Maria Micheletti was very kind and helpful. The apartment is centrally located too. Gian, I would suggest putting a map on the table for future guests. ?? We were not able to use our cell phone/Google Map so we had some problems finding places. But let me be clear, this was a very VERY nice vacation home!!
