Charming, spacious, sunny and warm, welcome to our lovely character cottage in the countryside. Nestled in the Isle of Wight's famous southern coastline with great access to the coastal walks and stunning local scenery. The space Me and my family love this cottage, we bought it as a renovation project about 10 years ago and it was our family home but since moving away we now use it as our holiday home as well as letting it to guests. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do, we love the sounds of the wildlife in the sunny south facing garden and the peaceful feel of the location, as well as the cosy nights in front of the wood burners in the winter. As its our holiday home its incredibly well equipped and has a lovely homely feel, you will find a fair amount of hand made furniture and items from around the world that we have collected from our travels.
Great location close to the coast path for cliff top walks with stunning views, nowhere is far for exploring the island by car and for cosy days in there is a 50" 4K Smart TV with Netflix and Disney+ to snuggle up in front of the woodburner and binge your favourite shows.
There are 3 Bedrooms upstairs, 2 large rooms with King Size beds in with comfy Silentnight mattresses (new 2022) and the kids room which has handmade built in bunk beds. These are full size single beds with memory foam toppers though intended for kids as the ladder is steep. Additional sleeping for 2 can be found in the secondary lounge which looks onto the garden, there is an Ikea double futon style sofa bed with foam mattress.
All beds except the sofa bed and travel cot include bedding and will be made up on your arrival to match the pictures. Guest access You will have the whole house to yourself, including the garden.
