Air conditioning worked well and was quiet Location was excellent for seeing PEI or travel to New Brunswick over the Confederation Bridge.Internet access was not as good as we would have liked. Suggest that the hosts consider having beach towels and chairs available for visitors who fly in. “My son and I spent four nights in this charming home and cannot recommend it more highly. It was close to downtown and a perfect jumping off point for all parts of PEI. “It is an older house although fine for the two of us. There is no air-conditioning on the main level except from floor vents and an oscillating tower fan. The two main bedrooms have a portable air conditioning unit which worked fine. The outside steps that you use to enter the back door need to be replaced. They are too narrow and have raised areas where the pieces of wood have moved over time. The back storm door has a broken latch. The only living room furniture was a three seat couch……
