“This was our second time staying in this exact condo. Booking is always easy. It’s always clean and the property manager is on top of things. I reached out twice and they were quick to respond and fix any problem we may have had. If available next year we would stay again. ”

“It was clean, which is number 1 priority to my family & I. It was centrally located, easy to get to. It was well stocked, although we immediately go to a Walmart and buy our own supplies. The response to turning on the hot tub for us was very prompt, although other responses usually took 7-8 hours, which was ok as nothing was urgent. “I have stayed at resorts and condos at st Pete beach, this is my favorite of them all. Quiet neighborhood and clean without the riff raff and traffic of other parts of the beach. You walk outside, you go left past three houses and you are at beach access ramp, three houses to the right and you are on the bay front. Restaurants, all blocks away including the wharf where we had dinner almost every night and paradise grille (on the water) for lunch and breakfast. Location is amazing. The studio/eff……
