This charming holiday apartment is located in a quiet, green part of the island of Vir, just a few minutes from the sea and the town centre. With a living area of 31 m², the apartment offers space for up to 3 people and is ideal for couples or small families who appreciate tranquillity and proximity to the beach and centre.
The apartment has two air-conditioned bedrooms - one with a double bed, the other with a single bed. In the cosy living and dining area, there is a well-equipped kitchen with a 4-plate electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, extractor hood, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. A dining table for up to three people as well as SAT-TV, radio and WiFi provide comfort and entertainment. The bathroom is functionally furnished and features a shower, WC, washbasin, window, mirror and hairdryer.
The sunny, 12 m² terrace with a south-facing orientation invites you to relax outdoors. Here you will find a table with chairs, a parasol, and a clothes horse - ideal for a cosy breakfast or relaxed evenings outside. A private parking space is located directly at the house.
