The property was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and had a fantastic layout! We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the street noise, which was extremely loud woke us up very early each morning. Other than that, it was a wonderful property!

This was absolutely the play for us while visiting Zion. Quick and easy access to the park and Springdale. The drive is short and beautiful. Having a kitchen to do food prep and breakfast was huge money saver. The pool and hot tub were wonderful in the evening with those patio lights. Would stay and will suggest The Riv to anyone.
