“We absolutely LOVED the Gainesville Hideaway. The location was perfect and the place was spotless and clean. It was also right in Haile Plantation's beautiful village which was magical at Christmas time with all the lights. We highly recommend it and we will definitely return!”

We weren’t in the unit very long - just long enough to sleep and have breakfast- but the space and location was great for us. We appreciated that the house was located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, had plenty of towels and a well stocked kitchen for making breakfast, and great communication with the owners. My only complaint would be that the beds were squeaky and made noise every time we moved. Other than……

“Beautiful property with tons of wildflowers conveniently located in Gainesville. The property has been meticulously updated and everything is fresh, clean and modern. Tons of hang out spaces for different people to talk. We even spent some time looking for four leaf clovers in the gardens! The communication between the property owner and myself was easy and the check-in/out processes couldn’t be more simple. Highly recommend and will definitely reuse again in the future!”

The apartment itself was clean and generally fine for a short stay, but there were two significant issues that need to be addressed. First, the listing is misleading. The primary photo shows a brand-new, modern six-story luxury building. That image strongly influenced my decision to book, as it gave the clear impression that we would be staying in a newly built upscale……
