"The hotel is very welcoming and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and no request was unmet. Myself and my Grandma felt extremely safe and the service delivered was tailored to our visit. The breakfast was very filling and the food served in the restaurant was really good value for money. Absolutely will be visiting again !! "It was a free bee night from hotel. com , we was not treated any different, we have book to stray next month , only thing wrong in the room was the tv and the mirror need to be swapped , but that just my opinion as the settee was opposite the mirror , if we took a hot shower or bath , I didn’t know where the ventaxia didn’t work or no paperwork to tell you , how it works , but other wise the room was clean , bedding was clean , love the touch that angie done it "
