"My wife and I needed a place to stay for the Penn State football game. We found this listing and it was exactly what we were looking for! Ben was very prompt in communications. The apartment unit was clean and furnished with everything we needed. It’s a simple, no frills lodging, but with all the necessities and basic comforts you need. Would definitely stay again. "Situated right on the green, its' hard to beat this location. All my old haunts were within easy walking distance. Also a quick drive to Harrison, Colton Point, Darling Run trailhead, and, of course, the Big Falls swimming hole. This residence is an interesting historic building in the heart of a historic region. We had everything we needed. Really enjoyed our stay."

"We were attending our nephew's graduation from Penn State, and this property was available and within range for the events we needed to attend. It was very clean and a nice set up for my husband and me. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the king-sized bed was nice to have. The set up is an 'apartment' that used to be office space. Very private and easy to find. Thanks so much for the stay!"

"It was a nice location, with the stars at night, cool. The inside nice & clean. The sofa was not comfortable to sit or sleep. Everything else was very good. We are seniors so we have some trouble with the new tech computers & tv. We might come back sometime in the in the future."
