“Check-in not impressing.
They had a paper copy of my booking, but didn't know that I had already paid for the stay.
Breakfast was not very exiting. Most bowls were almost empty, and it was random which guests was asked they wanted omelet/eggs/beans. I wasn't asked at all.
The room had no window. Aircon was good, but I had sweaty motorcycle clothes in the room, so not good enough to clean/dry the air.
No hangers makes the closet useless.
They didn't see, that my booking was for 3……
