Enjoy your next BEACH FRONT Cape Cod vacation from this quaint cottage located on Mayo Beach. The well laid out kitchen-dinning area with adjacent family room separates the two bedrooms, one with a full size bed the other with 2 twin beds. Water views from this home are stunning! The bathroom features a stand up shower. There are 20 cottages located on the Wellfleeter property. There is a staircase on the Wellfleeter property which leads down to a 400 foot private beach area. You will be just minutes to the center of town, public tennis courts, community playground, local restaurants, live theatre, and all of the Wellfleet Harbor's amenities. There is parking for one car. BOOK NOW!! Available for 3 night minimums with an added cleaning fee. Save the cleaning fee by booking 7 or more consecutive nights. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.*Please note that beginning 9/22/25, work is scheduled to begin on the seawall. Crews will be working around the tide and weather Monday-Friday from 8-4*

Rustic charm

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the same property 18 years ago and we are pleased it has retained its rustic charm. Great location to explore what Cape Cod has to offer. The property was well stock, having to provide our own bedding and towels was a bit of a chore.
