“The room they gave me from the Expedia offer was awful, my wife almost cried when we went in, 3rd floor no view from any angle other than utility structures and garage, the neighbor balcony was less than 6" away, though the room was clean. Bottom line, I decided to expend $85.00 more per night for an upgrade and that changed everything. The clerk at the front desk was really helpful in finding the best room available, very courteous and professional.

“This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.”
