“It was wonderful to stay here! We stayed in their 2bd 2bt option and it comfortably fit all six of us. This location is right next to a rail way, so it could be used as white noise for some but could keep others up all night. I enjoy hearing the train, but it was an issue for one person. The parking is an issue if not taken into account, but that's more on the city itself than Stay Cozy. All in all a great stay, but would advise to research the area if you're not familiar!”

“2 adults in 40s and 50s needed a clean space while we dropped our son off at his first real job in a new city. Drove up from Charlotte and had some issues with check in and VRBO not giving us the right code. Had to contact the owner who was extremely responsive and solved our issue immediately. The place coupd also do with some deep cleaning. Mold in the bathroom shower and really low water pressure and clogged drains. No soap anywhere so be aware of that for hands and dishes. This apartment is about a 3/4 of a mile walk to the center. It was perfect for us and made our evening concert easier to access and a much better experience overall. “This was one of the best places I’ve stayed at. The host was great she even helped me book on here when another app cancelled me. The place was beautifulllll down to the decor. She had everything needed to cook your own food, there was tissue in the bathrooms ( most places make you but your own). In the pictures there are no tvs but 2 out of the 3 rooms have tvs which was great! Over all it was a great stay I will be booking again. I loved being able to support her black business ”
