"The front desk staff was pleasant and efficient, despite the fact I was checking in at 1AM after an airline fiasco. They also kept the hotel running smoothly despite a citywide power outage early in the AM. The mattress was heavenly and the room was clean and quiet. Some scratches/chips on the sink but it was clean. The Baymont worked out great for my brief stay in Missoula."
