The beds were as hard as a rock, the staff was less than friendly. There were kids running up and down the halls until 1130 pm and every door in there slammed shut all night. The room next to us were blaring their tv until 2 am. I will never go back

D'après le site internet et les photos, je m'attendais à un hôtel Club mais c'est juste un motel américain. Grande chambre mais vieillotte et un peu humide du fait de l'emplacement. Piscine basique mais ça fait du bien quand il fait chaud. Une petite "plage" de sable avec jolie vue sur le marais et des feux de camp le soir si vous voulez faire griller des chamallows. Bon petit déjeuner classique d'hôtel americain.pas de restaurant sur place, petite carte de sandwichs au bar. Il faut prendre la voiture pour aller diner.

Family friendly and good amenities. They granted my request for room location. Some outdoor chairs needed to be replaced. Attention to public restrooms and replenishing stock was necessary. I would return and it was a good value and fun location.

Swimming pools. My daughter and her family stayed 2 nights. Her only complaint was A/c was loud. My complaint is both my wife and I had Covid and when I tried to cancel our room we were met with a resounding “No”. Our positive Covid test happened after the cancellation date. I asked for credit and we would come down when we were better and again “No” was the answer. There unmoving decisions are probably encouraging people to come even if they have COVID. Definitely not PEOPLE people.

We were in room 162 and it had a very pronounced cleaner or solvent smell. The room need to be updated as well as the facility with new carpet and furnishing. Loungers at outdoor pool were discolored and some needed replacement. Firepits were nice and my family enjoyed them and the pub was very good and the bartender/environment was really nice. There is no beach access. Breakfast was okay nothing special. It was super annoying that the key stopped working, the morning that we were supposed to check out, before checkout time. I thought this place was too expensive for what it is.

Like: beautiful outdoor pool area, clean indoor pool, excellent breakfast which was maintained and restocked all morning, landscaping, and staff was very nice. Dislike: gaps in door jam, door difficult to close, staff forgot cot on first night, building somewhat dated, loud generator at hotel next door.

The breakfast options were plenty with many choices. The rooms are large and beds were comfortable. The only concern we had was with the pool. There is no lifeguard on duty and the parents don’t control their children. Mostly the kids 12-15 years old are jumping in and running around the pool out of control.

The staff was great and all helpful:front desk, breakfast servers, cleaners and outdoor bartender. The hotel grounds were well maintained and the back marsh was peaceful to sit at with a morning coffee or fire pit at night. The hotel was very family friendly.

The Bayside was amazing and perfect for our quick weekend getaway. What stood out the most was the friendly staff - especially Gale who welcomed us at check-in. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the fire with the smore kits - my kids did not want to leave. Keep up the great work!

My husband, 3 tween/teen granddaughters and I had 3 fantastic days at Bayside Resort. Lots to do right on site-from toasting s’mores over the outdoor fire pits to swimming in one of the 2 pools. Always a huge selection at breakfast to satisfy everyone’s wants-including eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, cereal, pastries, and of course, make-your-own waffles with a variety of toppings. Our room was clean and quiet. The location is perfect with easy access to many of Cape Cod sites and happenings. We could not have asked for more.
