Currently offered as accommodation for workers, this property is designed as a holiday home. Please note that work on the terrace, garden, and sauna is still ongoing.
Located on the outskirts of the small town of Westerstede, this former stable, originally built before 1883, was completely renovated in 2025 and lovingly restored with many original details. The house accommodates up to 5 guests with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Even in typical North German weather, you can relax and unwind. Cook together in the bright, open-plan kitchen surrounded by 300-year-old beams, choose from a wide selection of board games, or relax by the fireplace while enjoying views of the park-like garden with mature trees and impressive rhododendrons.
The ground floor is barrier-free and suitable for wheelchairs. It features a bedroom, the kitchen-living room, and a bathroom. A wide staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find a large and a small bedroom as well as a cozy corner for reading and playing.
Outside, guests can use a table tennis table, sandbox, and various play equipment for children. A cot, toilet seat, potty, high chair, and children's dishes and cutlery are also provided.
There are two guest parking spaces on the property. Self check-in via key box ensures flexibility. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted only on the terrace.
The farmstead with residential and stable buildings borders a nature reserve and is surrounded by meadows and fields. A small hobby farm with chickens and sheep completes the relaxed country atmosphere.
