“The stay was great, but it was a bit noisy. That’s us being on the 26th floor. Traffic noise and and intercom noise I’m thinking from the ferry. First we thought there was a protest going on. Also, the laundry room was down during our week stay. Overall it was a good experience! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay at any of their locations.”

“I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!”

“I liked the easy, remote check in process and the ability to chat/text with Sonder. Location was great—easy walk to grand central terminal and Madison ave/5th ave buses. Apartment was a good size, with room for three in our party.
