“Unfortunately when we arrived at the property, the cleaners were still cleaning. We were meant to check in from 4:30pm, we arrived at 5:28 and the cleaners were only half way done. We had to wait about 3hours for them to finish. The cleaning was mediocre for a deep cleaning. But the stay was good for us as we made use of the local area and the house was nice it just wasn’t spotless for a deep clean. We were able to check out at 12 instead of 10am only because we sent evidence of the fact that we……

“Great communication directly with owners. Dealing with Expedia was awful. Parking was easy on street....nicely decorated house with good facilities.”

“Unfortunately didn’t get to experience the property as our host cancelled which I didn’t find out until I messaged them the night before requesting information, terrible experience which ultimately ruined the planned weekend as nothing else available 16 hours before departure, if I hadn’t text I would of arrived and turned away ??? Poor host, unforgivable lack of communication and basic respect”

“Bad stay - the host did not send me check in details on the day of check in so I had to chase her up and she didn't even apologise for the hassle. One of the mattresses is so uncomfortable, you can Feel the springs. If you travel as 2 the host locks the bedroom doors for 1 room, is there any need? Overall, the place is okay but the hassle is not worth it ”

“From start to finish the stay at the property was perfect easy check in, Lovely touches left by the owner, The property was well maintained, Nearby stores and restaurants yet in a quite and upscale neighborhood. I had 3 boys ages 9-8, They had all the entertainment in the house & garden they could want. The house is clean and comfortably and big enough for everyone to have personal space.
