"At first glance the house looked small from the outside however once the door opened it was much bigger. The house fit our needs and was very clean. The beds and couches were comfortable. The water pressure in the showers was great too. Very close to the Mississippi River and some small parks. There's a great market nearby and amazing Italian food right around the corner. We will 100% stay here again on our next trip to Memphis."

"We rented this beautiful home to meet our son whom we haven't seen for month's due to his work schedule. We were only a couple of hours from checking into the house and Peggy informed us that there was a problem with the A/C unit. Peggy let us know that she had a technician on the way to check the unit. She offered us a full refund if it could not be fixed. My wife and I were driving and could do anything about finding another rental property. Peggy came through for us the unit was repaired and we had a beautiful weekend with our family. The house was beautiful and well kept. We will definitely rent this property again. "

"Very clean! Comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again! Nice cold air conditioning. Firm but comfortable beds. Only recommendation is to get a larger coffee pot( 4 cup coffee pot was the only one provided) but otherwise great stay!"

"Everything was great, only thing that was not really a big thing but the toilet was loud when flushed and had to hold the handle when flushing."
