“Enjoyed our stay! The pictures definitely did not do this homes justice, we arrived at night time and the entire home was lite with twinkle light. It was absolutely beautiful!! ”

“Great location, also great atmosphere. My only constructive criticism would be to put a privacy screen in front of hot tub. There is probably privacy in the spring and summer from neighbors because of trees and bushes but around the fall there is zero privacy. Some people like myself like hot tubs in the fall season. Also the beds are too hard and stiff. Could not really get a good night's sleep. Besides those two things the place was phenomenal.”

“The entire property was so nice, clean and orderly. It’s 20 mins from almost everything, including the airport and dog friendly with a fenced in yard. The outdoor amenities were very nice. The hot tub was a nice touch. The only thing was that the fire pit did not work. The garage was such a cool vibe. It had a pool table, bar, and other games to keep guests entertained. The rooms were spacious and clean. I would 100% come back again. We celebrated by fiancé’s 30th birthday and the whole group……

“It was very comfortable for our long weekend. Plenty of cookware. The house is on a nice quiet street. It was very convenient to the Sports Complex and restaurants. Oh...and an ice maker is a definite plus, for me anyway! Kim was very responsive and made check in and out easy! We will definitely stay again next time we're in Matthews, NC.”

“The host sent me very limited access information in Spanish. That was the beginning of the difficulties. He never provided an access code for the house. After trying multiple times to get in contact with the host, I had to call VRBO and ended up spending nearly an hour on hold. The host then had a translator call me and inform me that the house had no furniture in it and had water problems. I never got a reason for why I wasnt not informed long before I needed to check in.VRBO customer service……

“The kitchen did not have mixing bowls or any sheet pans, but was otherwise stocked ok - multiple pots and pans for the stove. The floor had something on it that made your feet brown and dirty, but otherwise, it was clean! Beds were comfortable and the little playground was nice, but quite dirty. Overall, good location for what we needed and would stay there again. ”
