A luxury apartment with a stylish colour scheme, this holiday home in Woolacombe is a delightful place to spend quality time with friends and family. It’s in a modern complex, just 400 metres from Woolacombe’s sandy beach, shops, pubs and restaurants. Locally, join the South West Coast Path (300 metres) for pretty walks towards the rugged headlands at Morte Pointe (1.5 miles) and Baggy Point (6 miles). Further afield, plan day hikes through delightful moorland and woodland in Exmoor National Park (12 miles) or explore cultural gems like Arlington Court (12.5 miles), a popular National Trust site.

Everything is laid out on the one floor in this two-bed home, which sleeps up to four guests and two doggie pals. It has a pleasant open-plan living area with a sofa, a dining area and a contemporary kitchen. On warm days, open up the patio doors to let the fresh sea air in. Cook up yummy holiday meals or get a low-effort takeaway from one of Woolacombe’s outlets for a treat. You’ll have two bedrooms, a king-size with an en-suite shower room, and a second bedroom which can either be a king-size or a twin. A family bathroom completes the accommodation.

Wildlife and nature lovers will love scouring the area for non-human inhabitants – you may spot local seals basking on the rocks near the town. If it’s the wildlife you’re here for, we recommend heading to Ilfracombe (5 miles) where you can board a boat toward Lundy Island, an unspoilt wilderness that’s home to an impressive selection of sea life. Children will enjoy a trip to Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park (11 miles) or the theme park at Watermouth Castle (9 miles).
