“We had a very relaxing, peaceful time. City of Floyd, known as the friendliest in America, was enchanting. Good restaurants, nice people beautiful shops. We can't wait to go again!”

“Pat was a great host for this property. She was excellent to communicate with throughout the stay. Property was in great condition, extremely clean and pet friendly and didn't smell of pet odors. The views from this property are amazing with multiple decks for enjoyment. Close to both nearby wineries, the mill, and less than 30 minutes to Floyd by the BRP.”

“We stayed at peace and pinecones cottage by Buffalo Mountain getaway for a wedding in Willis. We’re extremely happy with the house and our host. The cottage is just as described and the cleanliness was perfect. Beds and pillows were comfy. I would highly recommend! ”

“This is a nice rustic cabin, we enjoyed sitting on the porch and walking the property, Pretty much everything we needed was provided at the cabin. Our stay was nice, a few things that would have put it over the top for us ……. New beds, sadly the beds were very uncomfortable and noisy, so sleeping well was an issue for us. It is a bit of a walk from where you park to the cabin, we agree with others a little wagon or cart would be nice to put your things in to go back and forth.”

“This property was perfect for our weekend. We wanted a private, quiet getaway. This was it! The location was perfect. The check-in/check-out process was smooth and simple. The cabin itself was adorable and had everything we needed. There was plenty of coffee and fixins (which we needed!); thank you for that! It rained the entire weekend, but the fire out looked so inviting. I’m sorry that we missed utilizing that. We will definitely return whenever we get the chance.”

“A wonderful, pet friendly property just a few minutes from the town center of Floyd. New construction, furniture and appliances. The complimentary coffee (K-cups), half and half and laundry detergent were much appreciated! And the property manager Pat was great to work with when I needed to change properties to bring a foster dog my wife brought home from APS two weeks before the trip! Highly recommend if you’re traveling to Floyd!”
