“Amazing hotel and staff was exceptional. From the front desk attendants and all the other staff, we want to say thank you so much for making our visit memorable. The location was in the middle of the historic district which made it easy to visit many sites. The restaurant in the hotel is also one of the best places we ate during our visit. We will definitely be staying here when we come back. Highly recommended for first time visitors and returning visitors. ”

“Location was very central to everything in the historical downtown, shops, restaurants, guided tours 15 minutes un car from Reforma and the Angel. Our bedroom was amazing big space with a kitchen and dining area which was perfect for our stay. They clean our room and provided clean towels every day. I will definitely stay again. Thank you”

“The staff are very friendly and helpful. They provide good English service. Room service is thoughtful and change clean sheets everyday unlike in the US!!! It's a little inconvenient if you arrive late because the entrance to the lobby needs keycard to open, I arrived late and I couldn't get in and was lost for a while.”

“The only complaint would be the Wi-Fi. You need your own data. Otherwise a great place. Workers were very friendly ”
