I had a fantastic stay at Liv The City in Larnaca. The hotel is spotless and extremely well maintained – everything feels fresh and clean. The design is modern, stylish, and very thoughtfully put together, making the whole atmosphere both welcoming and elegant.

“Basic, very clean. Lovely staff. Didn’t use the pool or pool bar as we went to the beach each day but it looked fine with an ample amount of sunbeds. Would stay again.
We had a late flight and the staff very kindly gave us a towel when we came to pick up our bags so we could shower. Couldn’t ask for better service. ”

“Lovely place, friendly team, the owners are on site with the team morning and night checking everything is ok and hands on helping, nothing was too much trouble to them when you ask. Room was spacious & clean, lovely views in quiet area so no sleep disturbances. Only fault was the hob in room didn’t work as it is no longer self catering hotel but fridge & kettle did & were clean. “I had a horrible experience here!
Not clearly advertised that these are rooms in an apartment.
4 rooms up to 4 people per room and one bathroom with no ability to use toilet and shower separately.
Zero sound protection as you can hear everything said with normal voice in any of the 4 rooms while you're trying to sleep. The exterior door to the balcony would not lock and a child could pick the lock to the room. Zero reason to believe anything like a camera or laptop will be in your room when……
