"No dining options in house no vending for snacks no outlets in bathroom by the counter add wires going across the the room and the plug on the wall to the counter and it's dangerous and everything kept getting knocked over my razor is my electric toothbrushes anything that was charging there should be GFI outlets on the counter with the bathroom sink is that's where the room is the place your items that are charging"

"We booked this several months ago because of the location being close to Yale. Never got any check in instructions. Tried contacting the host and got no response. Wasn't able to check in at all and had to book hotel 10 miles away. Waste of time. At least we were told we'd get refund and reimbursement for our hotel from VRBO."

"The whole house rental was clean and well-appointed with numerous thoughtful touches and easy/fast communication with owner. Check in and check out were completely straightforward. Great TV streaming, WiFi, Nest thermostat, and perfect fenced backyard. Many thanks to Pema. This was a great stay! "
"The overall stay was fine once we got in and cooled he place. Beds and linens were nice, it was clean, and we slept well. The check-in was challenging in a few ways. The initial entrance to the building had side by side driveways with another set of apartments, with the chosen lane on the left, and that could've been shared up front. Then the building did not have an elevator and dragging suitcases up the stairs was unexpected. Upon entering, there was no AC on, but we got them on and cooled after 10 minutes. Ice maker didn't work, and TV did not have directions to figure out Netflix. There was a strip of metal on the door, assumably to keep folks out from jimmying the lock. In shutting the door the first time leaving, my husband wrecked his fingers and hand on the metal strip, which caused him to bleed. Perhaps a little message on the door or warning somewhere would avoid that for someone else."

"Close to Westville shopping, Yale athletic fields/stadiums, events at SCSU, or a short drive or bus ride to downtown, Beaver Hill is a great neighborhood. I rented this property for overflow family in town for a wedding. The house is very clean and nicely appointed. While I would have like to see some cooking equipment (we're a family that likes to cook), I believe the owner has addressed this concern. This is a nice, comfortable, clean place perfect for a family.
I would definitely rent this house again. "
