Der selbstgenutzte Bereich im Garten vom Besitzer hätte abgezäunt sein können und ein Sichtschutz wäre empfehlenswert. Die nahe liegende Hauptstraße war leider sehr befahren. 原来设计得很有档次
公寓设施原本很好，厨房还有洗碗机，但是洗衣机不给用，洗手间只有手纸，没有纸巾，厨房也没纸巾，不是很方便。暖气开关需要自己摸索。
